Since the items for purchase are digital goods, by creating an account and accessing the item(s), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However, if you have technical issues with the product, or you cannot access the files, contact us at services@businesscliniclimited.com and we will help you as soon as possible. If you still cannot access the files, we will make it right.
